Integration to Turkish Culture for Business
This training is designed for expatriates working in Turkey.
It provides an overview of Turkish cultural values, beliefs and attitudes as well as Turkish tradition and taboos.
History, geography, government & Society overview are also subjects that will be covered.
Topics such as: In business life how to work with Turks, how to negotiate, Hierarchy, time conception, subordinate/boss relationships, how to behave during business meetings are discussed and compared with the other cultures.
This training can be given to individuals or groups.
All participants need to fill-out “Needs Assessment Questionnaire” prior to the training. After the evaluation of the answers the final program/agenda will be prepared.
