This training is designed for expatriates working in Türkiye. It provides an overview of Turkish cultural values, beliefs, and attitudes as well as Turkish tradition and taboos.

History, geography, government & society overview are also subjects that will be covered.

Topics such as: In business life, how to work with Turks, how to negotiate, hierarchy, time conception, subordinate/boss relationships, how to behave during business meetings are discussed and compared with the other cultures. 

This training can be given to individuals or groups.

All participants need to fill-out “Needs Assessment Questionnaire” prior to the training. After the evaluation of the answers the final program/agenda will be prepared.
