Ferhan delivers trainings worldwide on a diverse range of management development solutions, coaching, teamwork, and cross-cultural management.

She has extensive academic experience in the field of cultural relations gained from the Institute for Intercultural Communication in Portland, Oregon, USA, a centre of excellence for global interculturalists.


She served as the first and only Turkish Board Member of SIETAR EUROPA; (Society for Intercultural Education, Training and Research) and also a certified Cross-Cultural Trainer for a number of respected and well-known US, Canada and Europe based companies.


Ferhan has extensive international experience in Training and Development. She has been designing and facilitating programs and workshops for global and local corporations in Europe, US and the Middle East for 20 years. She has lived, studied, and worked in many different countries since 1987, such as: Kuwait, Austria, Korea, Italy, Switzerland, France, England, Germany, Turkey and the USA. In June 2003 she returned to Turkey from Lyon, France.


During her seminars, she brings a lot from her years of practical and personal experience acquainted in different countries. She still travels widely and enjoys taking landscape photos from different countries.


She speaks five languages: Turkish, English, German, Italian and French.
